The story of Chani's Kitchen starts with a family memory: my mother's kitchen back in Trujillo, Peru.

That's where I first learned to love fresh ingredients, the patience it takes to create complex flavors, and the joy of sharing a home-cooked meal.

That passion for Peruvian cuisine became a dream that traveled with me to Virginia, where our rich culinary heritage meets the coastal freshness and traditions of this land.

Born in Lima, Peru, Chef Linda Loret is a true master of Peruvian cuisine. She honed her craft in Peru's most acclaimed restaurants, like Central and Maido, before expanding her vision in kitchens across South America. Her incredible ability to fuse authentic Peruvian flavors with Virginia's local products is the heart of our menu and our guarantee of excellence in every dish we serve.
